HwoTags are Publicly visible Tags created by “Hwo” as a by-product of pursuing various interests. Ever since the first time I was pleasantly surprised to find a helpful comment someone added to a wiki page I was working on, I have cultivated the habit of “public posting” even items that are just WiP(s). Invariably, this has been a rewarding practice that has introduced me to many people that I would not otherwise have had the pleasure of communicating with.
