WHAT TO DO LAST: A list of things that must be done near the end of each term, listed in no particular order.
- Create an End-of-Term Survey and post it on the web site immediately after the last show
- Review the results of said survey and vote on new R1 and R2 shows for the next term
- Attend the final Clubs Meeting and, if necessary, submit the documents required to request access to the club’s office for another year (Dave McDougall or whoever is the latest Clubs Director will give you instructions)
- Send an email to Harry Blizzard and Marita Williams requesting access to AL-16 for another term
- Get the President, VP, Secretary and Treasurer to sign their half of the form required to give Signing authority at the bank to next term’s exec
- Schedule half a meeting for the Treasurer to review the club’s finances for the term
- Hold a “post-mortem” at the final meeting (review the club’s successes and failures throughout the term)
- Plan the dates for all shows and meetings next term
- Find someone who can attend and run the first meeting of the next term, preferably an exec
- Entrust the Storage keys to that person, or leave them in the club’s office
- Last but not least: update the CTRL-A Presidents’ Knowledge Base.
