With rapidly evolving devellopment of computer's performance and enlargement of bandwidths for connections video conference becomes more and more applicable to the mass. People love it, it's fascinating.[new]
We'd want some way of "unrolling" a Video Conference recording.(Maybe.)
Use voice recognition technology to do an automatic translation (to make it easier for the people doing transcription), and have some kind of video editing UI so that you can easily snap out key frames, and place the associated conversation to the right of it. The end result would be like what we have now, with our pictures on the left, and words on the right.
(Just a thought.)
Looks like we will all be video splicers and comic writers in the future.

You step in. It's all over finest DocumentModes? based. You see the wiki page, you see, Lion is on-line, Hey, you think if I edit tis and tat in tis and tat way would be cool. Yeh answer, blah. I start to edit, Chris, now online interfers, listen this aspekt should be thought about. Acuostic, visual and textual contact. Paralanguage where you want it. And a hell lot of pop, people would love this. Just to space around a bit here. A good exercise before implementing this would be to get the automatic translation in wiki running. By the way, if advanced enough, talking to a chinese without knowing a common language, but everyone in his mothertongue quasi real-time would be possible as well. Including exporting this conversation polylingual on a wiki for further common processing.[new]
We'll also be using visual languge technique. It won't just be pictures of people and text, but icons, diagrams, charts, comics, etc., etc.,.
I know I'm looking forward to it all..!
