Making a streamlined HighRoad for the cluster creation process.
Today, to make a cluster, you take the LowRoad:
There are several ways we can approach the future of cluster creation.
Regardless of which way you do it, I suspect you would want something like this:
I recently just made C--W-M--W-Conflict.
It was a long and tedius process.
It would be really cool if these things were implemented..!
A related idea might be ClusterDemolition?, and ClusterRenaming?. More general idea is ClusterMaintenance?. =^_^=

Some cons: Most of the hard work is creating the text for the new cluster homepage. Making a whole script to do the initial creation of a cluster is very HighRoad, and only useful quite sporadically once the system is running. (It would probably break, too...) -- ChrisPurcell
Um,... I really differ.
I just made C--W-M--W-Conflict, and by far, the most time consuming thing was the trip back and forth to each page in turn, and then editing to put a little note at the top of the page.
There's just this huge Internet lag time between loading pages.
Filling out the text for C--W-M--W-Conflict, took hardly any time at all, in comparison.

Oh, yeah, I forgot how long this site takes to save/load. I really must get a copy of OddMuse and hack the regexen to see if I can speed things up... -- ChrisPurcell
I just timed how long it took me to transfer all of the C--W-M--W-Conflict pages over to ConflictCluster.
It took 9 minutes.
Grrrrr...
