BannedContentMeasurements

Checking how efficient the BannedContent network is, using a simple webserver logfile analysis [1].

Each logfile is 24h worth of logs, starting around 5am GMT. The data lists IP number, number of POSTs, percentage of total POSTs, the number of 403 FORBIDDEN responses, and how many of this IP's POSTs where rejected with a 403.

The reverts were counted by looking at RecentChanges for every wiki and choosing all changes including minor changes, and looking for the summary "revert". Maybe I've missed some?

Discussion

Seems that we can avoid 2-3 spam attempts on the wikis on emacswiki.org (AlexSchroeder's homepage, the EmacsWiki, CommunityWiki, and the Oddmuse wiki).
